DONALD G. SMITH SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

This year, four (4) scholarships will be awarded to recipients in the amount of $1,000 each ($500 per semester).

MilWay members who have enrolled or are planning to enroll in the fall as a full-time undergraduate college student are eligible.

Applications may be picked up at any MilWay branch or downloaded below. Completed applications can be dropped off at any branch or emailed to marketingdepartment@milway.org (You MUST place Donald G. Smith Scholarship in the Subject Line). The deadline to submit the application is May 31, 2024. Winners will be notified the first week of July.

• To obtain funding, students must show proof of college admission with a minimum 12-hour schedule for first disbursement.
• For the second disbursement, student must submit a copy or proof of grades from previous semester maintaining at least a 2.50 grade point average or higher as well as a schedule for a minimum of 12 hours for the next semester.
