COVID-19 Branch Operation Updates


MilWay Members, During this time of uncertainty, our primary focus remains to assist you in the safest manor possible, focusing on your safety as well as the safety of our employees and our community.

In order to promote a safe environment for all, we will be consolidating our operations and suspending in branch traffic as follows:

BRANCHES

EFFECTIVE MONDAY, MARCH 23: All MilWay lobbies will close, but our staff will still be working normal hours and will be available to answer calls and manage drive-thru services. Safe deposit box appointments can be scheduled by phone by calling 903-832-2004.

DRIVE-THRU SERVICES

Starting Monday, March 23, we will implement EXTENDED DRIVE-THRU HOURS at all branches:

MONDAY- FRIDAY, 7:30 am to 6 pm
SATURDAY, 8:30 am to 12 noon (Arkansas Blvd. Only)

ONLINE & REMOTE SERVICES

We encourage you to conduct your credit union business via our mobile apps, online banking at MilWay.org, ATM or by phone:

You can also apply for loans online via MilWay.org, and with our eSign options, you won’t have to visit a branch.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

If you are physically unable to use our drive-thru facilities, or have a member service related need, please call us to schedule an in-branch appointment.
